1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. Delivery time within Tamil Nadu is typically 3 to 5 days, while other states may take 5 to 8 days.
3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. Please note that an additional handling fee may apply to COD orders, and delivery times may be slightly longer compared to prepaid orders as they are shipped via standard shipping.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the Order History section in your Profile.
